More than a month ago, I wrote my last post. Honestly, I just forgot about this blog..

Do much stuff happened, and I try to talk about everything in general.

I remember Thanksgiving, it was awesome. I have never had Thanksgiving and it was something new, and I really did enjoy it ! We went to Pittsburgh a couple times, one time we went to my hostsister’s cheerleading competition, she is really good !

And then it was christmas break.. It’s not really a break for me, since swimming winter practice started. Everyday, we have practice from 8-11:30, it is not even comparable with another sport, it is really exhausting and I’m tired every single day !! but you become an awesome swimmer and that’s what counts !!

Then we had christmas, I got a looooooot of presents from the whole family and we had a wonderful christmas, I really felt I’m part of this family ! 🙂 We had christmas pretty much for 3 days, and every single day was great !

I bought a Skiing/Snowboarding season pass !! One of the biggest Ski resorts on the east cost is just 15 minutes away, and I started snowboarding. I LOVE IT. The resort is called Seven Springs and I could be there everyday. Even though I sucked really bad at the beginning, I’m felling really good on the board now and I try to go as often as possible, since I rent a snowboard for the whole season !!

Today is New years eve and I’m laying in my bed right now, we’ll go Snowboarding in 1.5 hours and after that, a bunch of people are comming over to watch the ball drop with me !

On friaday, we#ll go to OHIO to one of the best waterparks called Kalahari. We will go with the swim team and the church group !

The weekend after, I’m probably going to the tctc. It’s a meeting in Tennesee with aaaaa lot of other people and we talk about god, I’m really excited.

On January 18th, I’m going to Atlantic city with my family for a cheer competition, it’s a couple hours away since it’s in New Jersey.

3 weeks ago

Well, it’s 3 weeks ago since I posted the last time a text..

It’s just weird that I do not have ANY time to write my blog, or doing other stuff, since I have swimming till 5:30 and then I’m either going to Young Life or  I have an indoor soccer game.

Anyways, I will just post about everything in general today. Let’s start with swimming. Pre-Season is over, that means you have to come to practice EVERY day. Practices are now 2.5 hours long and that’s definetly the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my entire life. There is nothing harder, everything hurts, you are tired and you are so hungry !! 😀

My shoulders are like pumped up, and my whole body became so strong, and every tyope of clothes is too small. everything I brought was an size Small, no I have a size medium or sometimes I have a LARGE. 😀 THe good thing is, that you can eat whatever you want. And for example last time I slept 11.5 hours !! I came home, ate and slept from 7:00 p.m to 6.30 a.m.

Indoor soccer season startet too and we had 2 games yet, which we won both 9-7.

OK WHAT HAPPEND?!

It happened a lot, I can’t even remember.

Start at the campaigners weekend. We were with Young Life (Like a youth group) in Blue Knob ski resort and met 200 other people from Young Life in Pennsylvnia. Young Life is a huge organization and I LOVE IT. We are playing games and having so much fun, and the last 15 minutes every monday when we have club, we talk about God. Anyways, we had a lot of fun at the campaigners weekend with other people, we had club, we were had a jaccuzi, met new people and someone jumped into a bush from the 3rd floor hahahah 😀 I don’t want to go in details, but a friend lost a game and had to climb down a balcony and then he jumped into a bush, it was hillarious 😀
We celebrated my 17th birthday there.

A day later, we had club and we made a scavenger hunt(Schnitzeljagd) and it was the funniest thing I’ve ever done hahahaha. Tommaso had to jump in the Somerset lake, WITH ALL CLOTHES, I had to go to Sheetz and sing the Titanic song there.. And so on 😀

The following weekend we went to Vonnie’S house (aunt) and we went shopping. I spent so much money, But I needed to since the winter is going to be awful !! I bought a winter coat for example, sweatshirts and so on.

We went to a resturant the night before with the best burgers I’ve ever eaten, seriously. And at Saturday night we went to a resturant that was a little bit more dressy, and it was so good !

At friday, 2 days ago, we had the day „dress like your Soph senior date“, since we had the dance yesterday, it looked so bad haha 😀

On Friday, we went to the IMAX Movie Theater in Pittsburgh to see The Hunger Games 2, this movie was awesome, just the point that we sat in the 1st !!! row was bad 😀 An IMAX theater is much bigger and we had to look straight up too see the screen, but whatever 😀 After the movies,we went to Pamini Bros. the best sandwich resturant, they make the Pittsburgh Sandwich ( Coleslaw, Fries and then your chosen meat) and I was home at 2:30 a.m 😀

The dance was awesome yesterday, a great girl that was my date, friends ´, and a loot of fun made this dance very good ! Beforethe dance, we went to Crazy Allice’s to eat Dinner.

After the dance, we had the YOUNG LIFE AFTERPARTY, and I did not make any pictures since my phone died, but it was HILLARIOUS!! We played so many games and had so much fun, everyone was happy and this was one of the best experiences I could have made !!

Today it’s sunday, It is 8.55 p.m right now and I’m sitting on the couch. I slept a couple hours today, since I didn’t sleep last night at all. Then I went to Tommaso’s house and studyied.

This week, we just have school tomorrow and tuesday, on wednesdaywe have an early out, because it’s THANKSGIVING !!! ❤ ❤

I’m so excited. We are going to eat with the whooole family on thursday night and we then I might go BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING in Johnstown or Greensburgh at Thursday night. It starts at midnight ! It means, that you go to the mall at midnight and every store have ridiculously low prises, so that means you save a looot of money, I need to buy christmas presents.

A last thing to swimming, it’s so hard and we have practice every day if it is not weekend. That means that I have everyday 2. hours practice, on tuesdays and thursdays we have a workout like in the weight room. We have practice EVERY DAY during christmas break, just not on christmas day. That means we have it on New Years Eve and so on. It could be worse I guess.

It’s snowing for 3 days now, and it was 15 degrees Fahrenheit (-11 grad Celsius) today !!! It’S so freaking cold here, and it’s going to get worse, a looot more snow, but we can go snowboarding soon, that the good thing ! 😀 Here are a couple pictures, see ya

 

A long time ago..

Welll, sorry. Haha 😀 I just didn’t have enough time to write a new text, I was just to busy 😦

Where should I start..

I will just start at the last last weekend haha. before the weekend, nothing special happend. Going to school, soccer practice, going home, eat, sleep. every day 😀

The weekend was pretty much fun. at this Friday, we went to the Foot ball game of the Somerset eagles. After that, we went to 5th quarter (church group where you meet at someone’s house and eat Pizza from Pizza hut). The saturday wasn’t that exciting till the night. At 7 o’clock, we met at the church to go to Pittsburgh and play LASERTAG. Hahha 😀 This was pretty much fun. We were back in Somerset at midnight. We played games like Capture the Flag and stuff the entire night till the morning, IN THE CHURCH. Hahah 😀 IT was amazing. At 3 a.m in the morning, our church group leader was hungry and he went to Mc Donalds to buy SOME stuff for us because we were hungry too. He brought 200 !!! Chicken nuggets, 50 McDoubles and 50 times Fries haha. I was so sick. In the morning we stayed at church for the „normal“ church with other people. That was the first weekend haha.

The next week started and nothing special happend again. At friday, we had an early out (2 hours earlier out from school). My hostsister, my hostbrother and me went to a gooooood American resturant uptown. Friday night, I went to Tommaso’s house and we decided to drive to Grennsburgh to watch a movie (By the way, Greensburgh is 1 hour away) haha 😀 BAD GRANDPA was the movie and it was hillarious !!! 😀 I shared a huge bucket with popcorn with Tommaso, I was sick again haha 😀

We went back to Somerset and Matt drove me home. On Saturday, we had themost important game of the season (Play- Off Championship) against Bedford. This is, with us, the best team in whole Western PA. Before the game, I went to Tommaso’s house with 2 friends and we watched a movie. The game was hard, and we seriously lost with 1:0.. It was over, Soccer for me in the USA is over. Everyone cried, because they are Seniors and it was their last year of high school. On sunday, I just was home and a friend came over for a little bit. But the night was awesome again !! We went to a PAINTBALL Area, to play Paintball with the CHURCH. THe worst was whenever a paintball hit me in the shoulder !! 😀  Church is so great here, you have a youth group and they do everything !! Anyways, we played 5 games and I got hit several times, it hurt pretty bad that evening haha. I have pictures of everything at the end !! 🙂

Soccer is over, swimming starts..

Monday, I had the first time practice for swimming. I never did swimming before, so I was pretty bad. After practice, I was not able to move my shoulders, I went home, didn’t eat anything, I just went to bed at 7 p.m haha 😀

At Wednesday, we had a field trip to Pittsburgh !! We went to Heinz Field (Football stadium-Steelers) and the Control center (Ice Hockey staium-Penguins), it was so much fun and I saw awesome stadiums. By the way, I had the best sandwich in my life. The Pittsburgh sandwich. It sound weird, but it was a sandwich with Turkey, Chesse, French Fries and Cole Slaw (Krautsalat). It was sooooo delicious !!!!

We went back, and I went to a girl’s house to watch a movie 🙂

On thursday, I had swimming practice again, we swom a little bit more than Monday, but I wasn’t done like I was on Monday !! You really feel, that you get so much stronger in your whole body !! IN the night, we went to the girls soccer game in Richland 🙂

Yesterday (friday), I had swimming again and I went to the football game, 5th quarter with my friends. Right now, I’m laying in my bed and writing this text. Later I’ll go to a friends house again 🙂

Update :)

Hey folks.

The weekend is over and today is Monday. Today is an ACT 80 day, I have no clue what it is, but we have no school haha 😀

I’m starting with the Pirates game last Sunday. This game was so awesome,I fell in love with Baseball ❤ After we arrived in Pittsburgh, we went to the PNC Park, where we got our tickets. Our seats were pretty good. The weather was awesome and after 9 Innings andmore then 3 hours, the Pirates won, it was amazing !! And we saw Pittsburgh by night, it’s just beautiful!! ❤ You have an awesome view from the inside of the stadium !! And I caught a hot dog hahaahah, the cheerleaders shot T-shirts and Hot Dogs wit a potato gun, and I caught an hot dog hahhaha 😀 😀

The beginning of the last week was normal, school till 3 and then practice. On Tuesday, we had one of the most important games this season. We tight, the score was 1:1. I scored the goal for Somerset and the score was 1:0 after the first quarter. 2 minutes after the 2nd kickoff, our goalkeeper made an mistake and Bedford scored the goal.

After 2 times overtime (10 minutes each), no one scored a goal and the game was tight. Normally, that means, that we would play the Championship game in Bedforf, we because we didn’t win.. BUT BEdforf tight 2 times (against Westmond and McCort) and we won against both teams. There is a score system and you are getting 4 points for a win and 2 points for a tight, this is an example. And if we win our next two games (tomorrow Johnstown and Thursday Westmont), we would have 94 points total for the whole season.. BUT Bedford can only get 15 more points, because they tight against these two teams, their total points would be 93.5 (!!!!!) if they win everything. Is an easy way, if we win our next two  games, we will have 0.5 points more and we would play the game in Somerset, this would be soooo amazing !!!

On Wednesday, we been to the GIrls Varsity Soccer game. It was so HILARIUOS hahahaha 😀

We have like a Student section, and if the Football players are sitting there and watching the game, it’s amazing. They are yelling the whole time and it is just funny. This is for sure one of the funniest part here 😀

On Thursday, we had a game in Richland, we won it 1:0. It was rainy and we played on turf, it was hard, but we won 🙂

On Friday, I had no practice and my host-aunt, her husband and their two kids came here to have a dinner with us, and they wanted to visit their parents. They are living near Washington D.C. 🙂

After the Dinner, I went to the Football game with Tommaso (The italien exchange student, he is soo hilarious) and the soccer girls.

Saturday was a pretty lazy day, I just watched TV. At 5:30 p.m, I went to a friend’s house. She invited me to an Halloween and Oktoberfest party, this was pretty fun. We played different games and we ate a LOOOOOOT of food. She is living right beside the woods, after it became dark, we played capture the flag, it was great, but I fall down a few times and I hurt myself, I was running into a tree, it’s still hurting haha:D

We left at 10 p.m and I had a sleepover at Tommaso’s house. We played Poker and GTA 5, this game is so freakin amazing ❤ 😀

Yesterday, my dad picked me up and we went to Pittsburgh, because he is coaching a kid’s soccer team and they had a game. ON the way back, we went to DIck’S Sporting Goods and I bought stuff for swimming, like a swim short, goggles and sandals.

When we came back, we had dinner at the Summit Diner, I had a Super Bacon -Cheesburger with BBQ sauce and fries, it was so good haha 😀 Then I went to a friend’s house with the soccer girls and other boys, and we watched a movie. 🙂

Today, I woke up 9:30 a.m and I studiyed Vocabularys. Right now, I’m sitting on the couch and I’m watching the Walking Dead – Season 4 🙂

Later, I’ll have soccer practice and I have to go to a schoolboard meeting for Government -.-

Everyone said swimming will be hard, but I’m pretty excited for it though. I recognized, that PA is a beautiful Stet in the fall, because it has a lot of colourful trees and the landscape is pretty !! In the winter, I’ll learn how to Ski and to Snowboard, because we have a Ski resort here and my dad has a snowmobile , I will drive for sure !! 😀 On the 15th of November, we will go to the Leesburh Outlet Mall, that’S 20 miles from Washington D.C away, this is gonna be awesome !! 😀 And I’m going to have my birthday in 27 days ❤

Weekend

It’s weekend again, time is running, I’m nearly here for 6 weeks now..

 

The week was not really interesting, we had school and soccer games and I got a lot of grades.  🙂

My grades are really good, 100% to 90%  is an A, 89% to 80% is an B and so on.

I have 101% is Algebra, 100% in Gym, 95% in English, 87% in Sports and Marketing, 83% in Hometown History, 87% in Government and 93% in Biology, so I’m doing good haha 😀

We had games, against Holidaysburg and Altoona last week, we won both !!

On Friday was a football game. Somerset vs. Richland. Richland is the 3rd best in State, that means that they have the 3rd best football team in Pennsylvania !! It was amazing, ut started to rain so hard, but every student was screaming and celebraiting the Golden Eagles. 14 seconds before the game was over, Richland made a Tuchdown, and Richland won 28:24. It was very sad.. But Somerset was the better team and we love our team !! Yesterday, we Ihad a game against Northstar. They had one loss and this game would have been so hard. The first quater was quick over and it was 0:0. I played the whole game as the Varsity striker !! The second half was rough and hard, but the game was amazing, 2 very good teams played against each other !!  5 minutes before the game was over, we scored the goal and everyone was happy like a litte kid !! That means, that we have 12 wins and 1 loss.  Now, I’m very excited for Tuesday !!

Tuesday is one of the most important games this year – against Bedford. We will play in the Stadium and everyone will come and watch the game, if we win this game, we wil play the Play – off game at home !! This would be AWESOME ! 😀

Now, we are 13th best in the state of Pennsylvania and 183th in the whole USA, and just think about, how many schools in the USA are playing soccer and we are the 183th best !! BUT this was befire the Northstar game, and this means there was no update yet, so we will be probably on a higher place then now !!!

After we got home yesterday, we went to a Halloween house, and they freaking scared the crap out of me haha 😀 This was awesome and crazy and I was about to die when the monsters scared me 😀

We came home at 11 pm and my dad suprised me : DO YOU WANT TO GO THE PITTSBURG PIRATES GAME TONIGHT?!

 

OH MY LORD !! This is so sick, the Pittsburgh Pirates are one of the best Baseball teams in the USA and today is a PLAY OFF GAME !! <3333

Normally, you would pay 200$ for ONE ticket, but my dad gets the tickets because of his work, and I can go with him. I’m so excited <33

4th week

Oh my gosh, the time is running so fast !!

It’s a week ago, when I wrote the last Blog, I don’t remember what all happend. It was a good week , school was okay, I wrote two  tests and my grades are still great. I will start at Friday. I came home after school at 2:55 because I had no practice. We went to Walmart because I looked for screen protection. If I didn’t say until yet, I bought an Iphone 5 in White at Amazon last week. It is awesome !! I just freaking love this phone !! Whatever, I didn’t buy one because they were pretty expensive, so I ordered some at Amazon. Later, we went to Pine Grill, where we ate Dinner. I had a Toscana soup, Penne Alfredo and a SKILLET COOKIE ❤ 😀 That’s a big chocolate chip cookie as big as a skillet, with vanilla ice-cream, whip cream and chocolate sauce on it. I loooove it !! I ate so much, that I got sick haha. 😀

On Saturday, I slept longer and I played FIfa with my brother the whole morning. We went to Berlin (PA) to the small outlet warehouse, because it’s pretty cheap. I bought an comprassion short for soccer. Then we went to Walmart again and I studied. At 4:30, we had to leave because I had 2 games. We won both games. The first 1:0 and the second one 3:0 nothing. That was important, because during the week, we won against the hardest team. We got Bonus points and we are 1st place now in our district, that awesome !! After we got home, I just went to bed because I played both games. Soccer season is over in nearly 2 weeks, I decided to do SWIMMING as a winter sport.. I’m so bad at swimming HAHAHHA 😀

Today in the morning, I took a run and I studied and relaxed the whole day. Then we took a drive with our Ford Mustang and we went for Dinner to Hass’s, amazing place !! All you can eat Desert bar, it was worth it haha. Here are some pictures, the first are 2 soccer pictures ( we do have an own photograph for soccer). On the second one of these, that was the moment where someone hit my ankle, that was almost broken in Germany. The 2. and 3. picture is a Skillet cookie and my brother and the 4. and 5. pictures are two of our 5 cars haha 😀

Pittsburgh & Shopping

Hey guys, I will start yesterday. We had school until 12:55, because of the Homecomming court. We had a presentation or kind of it, where the 5 girls, which were chosen to have the chance to become homecomming queen, had to play games with their parteners. It was very very funny, and the topic was Superheroes. “ very good frinds of me were at this court, they were Iron Man and Iron Woman 😀 I will upload a picture with the girl 🙂 In the afternoon, we had the Homecomming parade of our school (when the football team after a few away games, the first time at home plays, it is Homecomming) 😀 When had 2x of 25 pounds Candy bags 😀  We stood on Trucks, and throwed candy  on the street 😀 We had a lot of fun, and the game after the parade was amazing, we won 42:13 against Westmond. In the Halftime, the Homecomming Queen was chosen. We had to vote for a girl, and these girls were dressed up and very very pretty!!  Later, we went to a friends house and had „youth group“ (group of our church). We had a fire with Pizza, S’mores and a few games.

Today I was in Pittsburgh. First we had to leave at 7 a.m 😀

At 8:30 we were at the College called Point Park.  We were at the College visit from 9:15 till 12:30. It was interesting, I never saw a College before and I saw the campus, the libary, the gym and and and. I love the little students apartsments haha 😀

At 12:30 we went to Moe’s, it is like an Mexican Resturant, I had an Burito with Chicken. After that, we were at the Ross Park Mall. This is one of the biggest Malls here in this area and in Pittsburgh. It was great and things are sooo cheap here. First, we were at  the Apple store, because I wanted to see the Iphone 5s, I will buy it next month 🙂 After that, we were at H&M and the American store is small and has just a little bit. I bought so good stuff at Abercrombie and Fitch !! I bought 2 Hoodies and 2 pair of Jeans for 82$ !! 😀 😀 😀

In Germany, I would have paid 380€ !! Then, we went to AT&T to get my Internt for my phone 🙂

Later, we went to a Fish – Resturant, I hate fish, so I bought a Chicken – Bacon Burger <333 But I tried the Crab feeds, they were so good.

Then we went on our way back and my phone died, so I was not able to do a lot of photos of Pittsburgh by night, but I have a lot of others !! Enjoy it !!

Week 3

Yes, I’ll write in English, it is just easier. Today is Thursday, so I will start at Saturday.

SAturday, we went to the game and I don’t want to write everything, but it was just AMAZING !! The fans, the stadium, the team, everything is awesome and the students of Penn state are very loud abd they were shouting the whole time ! Penn State lost with 3 points, but all in all was it a great experience 😀

Monday was a normal day of school, but we had to leave at  1:30 because we had an away game in Bedofrd. That was the hardest team we have to play this season. We lost 3:1, but we were better and there is a second game. On Tuesday, there was nothing special at school and we had practice. Yesterday, I had school and after that a game against Richland. First, I played JV where I scored 1 goal and I made 1 assist. In Varsity, I played 35 minutes and it was good. I didn’t scored, but I had done well !! We won both games. 10 minutes, before the game was over, A player from Richland hit my ankle (Knöchel) and I was not able to walk. It was almost broken in Germany, and everytime it is getting a hit, it gets swollen. I grabbed a LOT of Ice and today it was still hurting, but it was able to walk. After school, I had to take some senior pictures. Later, I decided, to go the Field House to our proffesional Health and Sport coach, he taped my ankle, so I was able to play tonight haha. 😀

We played against Johnstown, we won 9:0. I did not score tonight, but I played a lot. I have some pictures, I will post them too. I’m number 19 😀

Tomorrow, we have Homecomming !! That means, that our Football team has the first Football game home since a few weeks. It is like a parade at the beginning and then we will watch the game. That’s what I’m doing tomorrow night. Beforet, I will only have school until 1 p.m and we are going to Rey Azzteca for Lunch, That is the Mexican Resturant 😀 I have to write 2 tests tomorrow in Sports and Marketing and in Algebra. We are oing to have a Field Trip (Ausflug) to Heinz Field. This is the stadium of the Pittsburgh Penguins (Ice-Hockey) at the end of october. 🙂

At Saturday, we are going to Pittsburgh !! First, we will go a college because my sister has a College visit. After that, we eat something for lunch and going to Pittsburgh Downtown. Later that day, we will go to the Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh. This Mall is HUGE. I have to ask for my IMessage  at the Apple store because it’s not working and I have to buy 1 or 2 pairs of Jeans 😀

At Sunday, I have to study a lot and my brother will celebrate his birthday, he had birthday yesterday. Here are the Pictures !! 🙂

Update :)

So, ich werde Jetzt wieder in deutsch Schreiben, Weil Manche von meinen freunden den Englischen text nicht verstehen, eigentlich traurig, da es easy english ist, aber naja. Ich hab keine ahnung wo ich stehen geblieben bin, aber ich fang jetzt mal einfach mittwoch an. Ich musste 3 Tests schreiben, in Mathe, Englisch und hometown History. sonst hatte ich normal Schule und danach ein auswärtsspiel, das aber nach der 1. Halbzeit abgebrochen wurde wegen gewitter. Wir fahren zu allen spielen mit dem gelben Schulbus, was zwar nicht bequem ist, aber lustig haha 😀 Nach 1.5 stunden heimfahrt waren ich nur noch müde. Am Donnerstag dann hatte ich soweit normal schule und ich hab 2 Tests wieder bekommen, 100% in Algebra und 76% in Englisch also ein A und ein C+, besser gehts nicht 😀 Die Schule haben wir wieder um 2 verlassen, da wir ein Auswärtsspiel hatten. Es war ok, wir haben 2:1 gewonnen 🙂 Freitag dann war es sau kalt !! Die Tage davor waren es so um die 23-25 grad und gestern nur 14 haha 😀 Nachmittags hatte ich Soccer practice. Der abend aber war legendär haha 😀 Wir sind zum Football game meines High – school teams gegangen, das war aber auswärts in Johnstown. Um 5:40 war ich zuhause und um 6 wurde ich von ner freundin abgeholt und wir haben noch andere abgeholt. Die fahrt war soo hammer, und nach 40 minuten sind wir am resturant angekommen, dort gab es dann Pasta und eine Zimt – Stange. insgesamt waren wir mit 2 Autos und 10 Leuten 😀 Nach dem essen sind wir zum Football stadion gefahren, wo unser Team 21:3 gewonnen hat ! Um 9:00 p.m sind wir zurück gefahren und haben halt bei Starbucks gemacht und uns nen Double Chocolate Chip Frappucino gegönnt haha 😀 Um 10:30 war ich dann zuhause. Heute fahren wir zum 1. Professionellen College football game nach State college – das Tema ist Penn State. Wir sitzen grade im Auto und ich schreib den Post über das Ipad von meinem Bruder 😀 wir gehen jetzt erst nach Dick’s ( Sportladen) weil wir haben 20$ coupons 🙂 dann fahren wir weiter nach state college wo wir vorm stadion ein barbecue mit vielen freunden haben werden und dann gehts ins Stadion. Zuhause werden wir so um 2 a.m sein. Morgen werde ich noch viele Photos posten, wenn ich Zeit finde.
