4th week

Oh my gosh, the time is running so fast !!

It’s a week ago, when I wrote the last Blog, I don’t remember what all happend. It was a good week , school was okay, I wrote two  tests and my grades are still great. I will start at Friday. I came home after school at 2:55 because I had no practice. We went to Walmart because I looked for screen protection. If I didn’t say until yet, I bought an Iphone 5 in White at Amazon last week. It is awesome !! I just freaking love this phone !! Whatever, I didn’t buy one because they were pretty expensive, so I ordered some at Amazon. Later, we went to Pine Grill, where we ate Dinner. I had a Toscana soup, Penne Alfredo and a SKILLET COOKIE ❤ 😀 That’s a big chocolate chip cookie as big as a skillet, with vanilla ice-cream, whip cream and chocolate sauce on it. I loooove it !! I ate so much, that I got sick haha. 😀

On Saturday, I slept longer and I played FIfa with my brother the whole morning. We went to Berlin (PA) to the small outlet warehouse, because it’s pretty cheap. I bought an comprassion short for soccer. Then we went to Walmart again and I studied. At 4:30, we had to leave because I had 2 games. We won both games. The first 1:0 and the second one 3:0 nothing. That was important, because during the week, we won against the hardest team. We got Bonus points and we are 1st place now in our district, that awesome !! After we got home, I just went to bed because I played both games. Soccer season is over in nearly 2 weeks, I decided to do SWIMMING as a winter sport.. I’m so bad at swimming HAHAHHA 😀

Today in the morning, I took a run and I studied and relaxed the whole day. Then we took a drive with our Ford Mustang and we went for Dinner to Hass’s, amazing place !! All you can eat Desert bar, it was worth it haha. Here are some pictures, the first are 2 soccer pictures ( we do have an own photograph for soccer). On the second one of these, that was the moment where someone hit my ankle, that was almost broken in Germany. The 2. and 3. picture is a Skillet cookie and my brother and the 4. and 5. pictures are two of our 5 cars haha 😀

Pittsburgh & Shopping

Hey guys, I will start yesterday. We had school until 12:55, because of the Homecomming court. We had a presentation or kind of it, where the 5 girls, which were chosen to have the chance to become homecomming queen, had to play games with their parteners. It was very very funny, and the topic was Superheroes. “ very good frinds of me were at this court, they were Iron Man and Iron Woman 😀 I will upload a picture with the girl 🙂 In the afternoon, we had the Homecomming parade of our school (when the football team after a few away games, the first time at home plays, it is Homecomming) 😀 When had 2x of 25 pounds Candy bags 😀  We stood on Trucks, and throwed candy  on the street 😀 We had a lot of fun, and the game after the parade was amazing, we won 42:13 against Westmond. In the Halftime, the Homecomming Queen was chosen. We had to vote for a girl, and these girls were dressed up and very very pretty!!  Later, we went to a friends house and had „youth group“ (group of our church). We had a fire with Pizza, S’mores and a few games.

Today I was in Pittsburgh. First we had to leave at 7 a.m 😀

At 8:30 we were at the College called Point Park.  We were at the College visit from 9:15 till 12:30. It was interesting, I never saw a College before and I saw the campus, the libary, the gym and and and. I love the little students apartsments haha 😀

At 12:30 we went to Moe’s, it is like an Mexican Resturant, I had an Burito with Chicken. After that, we were at the Ross Park Mall. This is one of the biggest Malls here in this area and in Pittsburgh. It was great and things are sooo cheap here. First, we were at  the Apple store, because I wanted to see the Iphone 5s, I will buy it next month 🙂 After that, we were at H&M and the American store is small and has just a little bit. I bought so good stuff at Abercrombie and Fitch !! I bought 2 Hoodies and 2 pair of Jeans for 82$ !! 😀 😀 😀

In Germany, I would have paid 380€ !! Then, we went to AT&T to get my Internt for my phone 🙂

Later, we went to a Fish – Resturant, I hate fish, so I bought a Chicken – Bacon Burger <333 But I tried the Crab feeds, they were so good.

Then we went on our way back and my phone died, so I was not able to do a lot of photos of Pittsburgh by night, but I have a lot of others !! Enjoy it !!

Week 3

Yes, I’ll write in English, it is just easier. Today is Thursday, so I will start at Saturday.

SAturday, we went to the game and I don’t want to write everything, but it was just AMAZING !! The fans, the stadium, the team, everything is awesome and the students of Penn state are very loud abd they were shouting the whole time ! Penn State lost with 3 points, but all in all was it a great experience 😀

Monday was a normal day of school, but we had to leave at  1:30 because we had an away game in Bedofrd. That was the hardest team we have to play this season. We lost 3:1, but we were better and there is a second game. On Tuesday, there was nothing special at school and we had practice. Yesterday, I had school and after that a game against Richland. First, I played JV where I scored 1 goal and I made 1 assist. In Varsity, I played 35 minutes and it was good. I didn’t scored, but I had done well !! We won both games. 10 minutes, before the game was over, A player from Richland hit my ankle (Knöchel) and I was not able to walk. It was almost broken in Germany, and everytime it is getting a hit, it gets swollen. I grabbed a LOT of Ice and today it was still hurting, but it was able to walk. After school, I had to take some senior pictures. Later, I decided, to go the Field House to our proffesional Health and Sport coach, he taped my ankle, so I was able to play tonight haha. 😀

We played against Johnstown, we won 9:0. I did not score tonight, but I played a lot. I have some pictures, I will post them too. I’m number 19 😀

Tomorrow, we have Homecomming !! That means, that our Football team has the first Football game home since a few weeks. It is like a parade at the beginning and then we will watch the game. That’s what I’m doing tomorrow night. Beforet, I will only have school until 1 p.m and we are going to Rey Azzteca for Lunch, That is the Mexican Resturant 😀 I have to write 2 tests tomorrow in Sports and Marketing and in Algebra. We are oing to have a Field Trip (Ausflug) to Heinz Field. This is the stadium of the Pittsburgh Penguins (Ice-Hockey) at the end of october. 🙂

At Saturday, we are going to Pittsburgh !! First, we will go a college because my sister has a College visit. After that, we eat something for lunch and going to Pittsburgh Downtown. Later that day, we will go to the Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh. This Mall is HUGE. I have to ask for my IMessage  at the Apple store because it’s not working and I have to buy 1 or 2 pairs of Jeans 😀

At Sunday, I have to study a lot and my brother will celebrate his birthday, he had birthday yesterday. Here are the Pictures !! 🙂

So, ich werde Jetzt wieder in deutsch Schreiben, Weil Manche von meinen freunden den Englischen text nicht verstehen, eigentlich traurig, da es easy english ist, aber naja. Ich hab keine ahnung wo ich stehen geblieben bin, aber ich fang jetzt mal einfach mittwoch an. Ich musste 3 Tests schreiben, in Mathe, Englisch und hometown History. sonst hatte ich normal Schule und danach ein auswärtsspiel, das aber nach der 1. Halbzeit abgebrochen wurde wegen gewitter. Wir fahren zu allen spielen mit dem gelben Schulbus, was zwar nicht bequem ist, aber lustig haha 😀 Nach 1.5 stunden heimfahrt waren ich nur noch müde. Am Donnerstag dann hatte ich soweit normal schule und ich hab 2 Tests wieder bekommen, 100% in Algebra und 76% in Englisch also ein A und ein C+, besser gehts nicht 😀 Die Schule haben wir wieder um 2 verlassen, da wir ein Auswärtsspiel hatten. Es war ok, wir haben 2:1 gewonnen 🙂 Freitag dann war es sau kalt !! Die Tage davor waren es so um die 23-25 grad und gestern nur 14 haha 😀 Nachmittags hatte ich Soccer practice. Der abend aber war legendär haha 😀 Wir sind zum Football game meines High – school teams gegangen, das war aber auswärts in Johnstown. Um 5:40 war ich zuhause und um 6 wurde ich von ner freundin abgeholt und wir haben noch andere abgeholt. Die fahrt war soo hammer, und nach 40 minuten sind wir am resturant angekommen, dort gab es dann Pasta und eine Zimt – Stange. insgesamt waren wir mit 2 Autos und 10 Leuten 😀 Nach dem essen sind wir zum Football stadion gefahren, wo unser Team 21:3 gewonnen hat ! Um 9:00 p.m sind wir zurück gefahren und haben halt bei Starbucks gemacht und uns nen Double Chocolate Chip Frappucino gegönnt haha 😀 Um 10:30 war ich dann zuhause. Heute fahren wir zum 1. Professionellen College football game nach State college – das Tema ist Penn State. Wir sitzen grade im Auto und ich schreib den Post über das Ipad von meinem Bruder 😀 wir gehen jetzt erst nach Dick’s ( Sportladen) weil wir haben 20$ coupons 🙂 dann fahren wir weiter nach state college wo wir vorm stadion ein barbecue mit vielen freunden haben werden und dann gehts ins Stadion. Zuhause werden wir so um 2 a.m sein. Morgen werde ich noch viele Photos posten, wenn ich Zeit finde. Morgen haben wir ein Exchange student meting und danach gehe ich zu ner Freundin, und machen irgendwas 🙂 see ya

Hi guys, it’s time for a new article.

So I will start at Friday evening. We went to my friends house and had a fire ( Just like relxing outside with friends).  We had food like Pizza, Nachos and much more. All in all, the evening was nice and we had a lot of fun. At Saturday, we went to Walmart to buy a looooot of stuff. After that, we had lunch and I had to study a lot. Later, we went to church and it was like playing video games and have fun. At 9 o’clock we went to Dairy Queen (Ice factory) and ate a big Blizzard (like Mc. Flurry) . We went home with our friends and watched TED on DVD. At Sunday, I took a run and we went to Giant Eagle (Supermarket) to buy stuff for backing. Then we went to Wendy’s and we had lunch. After another afternoon studying, we went to the Summit diner ,(diner of our friends) and had lunch. Hot Turkey Sandwich, that was aaaaawesome. At 8:30, we went home with Chloe and Mairie and watched a movie. They went at 10:15 and I went to bed. 🙂

Yesterdasy, I went to school, and it was like anyother day, STUDYING STUDYING STUDYING. After school, I went home, ate something, and went to my second Soccer game !! 🙂

We had 2 games, JV and Varsity. We won the first game 6:0. I scored 3 goals and made 2 assist, so it was easy to play there haha. The second game was awful, we won 5:1, but we were not good. After this hard day, I fall asleep early 😀

School was good today, because I got a good grade. I have to write 3 !!! tests tomorrow, but I learned a lot, I hope that this will be fine. 😀

We had Soccer practice today, and I had to go to the weight room.

Tomorrow, I will have another Soccer game and Thursday too. A lot sport and soccer the next 3 weeks, I will have 3 games every week. We will leave school at 1:45 p.m and we have to take the bus for 1 hour.

Either we are driving to the away football game, or I will meet some friends and do stuff like watching a movie or whatever.

SATURDAY – We are going to a Penn State game <333333 It’s College Football and this will be my first professional Football game, we will leave at 10 a.m and have a barbecue in front of the stadium 😀 At the 21st of September, we are going to Pittsburgh, because my sister has an College visit in the morning and than we will spend the day in Pittsburgh. First normal week began

So, I decided to write in English, because it’s much easier to do it than in German.

After the Labor day at Monday,I had school yesterday. The classes are boring or hard to understand but it’s getting better. 😀

I ate my Lunch like everyday and I had to write a test in Forensic Science (Crime Laws, something like Law & Order or CSI Miami). I was studying the whole weekend, and it was so easy at the end.. So let’s keep hoping that the test is good. After that, I got my English homework back, I had 20 of 20 points – Perfect Result. It was hard, because I have College Preparation class (one of the hardest classes). And finally I got home, to eat some Mac&Chesse and doing my homework. I have a lot of homework and I have to study A LOT.

My day is like, going to school at 7:20 am, school’s end at 2:55 pm, at 4 pm I have Soccer practice and than I get home at 6 o’clock. After that I have dinner and than I’m doing homework. It’s not good though, but it will be better after some time.

BUT YESTERDAY I HAD MY FIRST SOCCER GAME !! 🙂

bFirst, I got my stuff after school. I got a HUGE black bag with “ Golden Eagles“ written on it, 2 pairs of socks (black and white), 2 shorts (black and orange) and 2 jerseys ( White and Orange). The Orange jerseys are ugly, but we will get new ones next week.

We have two teams, the JV  (2. team)and the Varsity team (1. team). The younger soccer kids are playing JV and the best soccer players are playing Varsity. We had a game against Forest Hills.  The coach decided to give me the chance to play both games, the first one was JV. I came late and so I had to wait 20 minutes after I had the chance to give my best. The game was awful and Forest Hills had 2 goals and we 0. After 3 minutes, we had a corner and i scored my first goal. 5 minutes later, I made an assist and the score was 2:2. After the halftime, we were better and I played the whole game. 10 minutes before the end of the game, we scored the 3:2 and Fortest Hills scored 40 seconds later the 3:3. 2 minutes before the final whistle, Forst Hilles scored the 3:4 and another minute later,I scored my second goal, and we played 4:4. All in all was the game awful, the German soccer is much harder then the American. I was done after 65 minutes running.. I played central mid, it is the best position, you are behind the strikers and in front of the defense in the middle.

But my coach wanted to see me at Varsity and I did it. And the Varsity team is excellent !!! He gave me a break for 60 minutes, after that I got in. At this moment the score was 9:0 for Somerset Golden Eagles haha :D.

It was no big deal, but I got replaced at the central midfield, and scored the 10th goal. Remember, it was my first soccer game and I scored 3 times and made 1 assist. Not bad haha :DI was in the newspaper today, so everyone knows me after 1 week haha 😀

Today was a boring day, studying, studying, studying.. I came home at 6 o’clock and we ate Roast Beef. But the evening was good, me and my sister Alix went to a „fireplace“ to meet friends, have fun, eat something and just relax. A fireplace is like the house of one student, and all of our friends meet there. We do it 2-3 times a week, I LOVE IT 🙂

Tomorrow, I must write 2 tests.. Sports&Marketing and English Reading test, it’s hard because of the english explanations, but I will give my best haha. BUT, I will leave school at 1:45 pm, because we have an away soccer game. We play against Central Chumerland or kind of this, it’s not far away though, but I like it. We got a Somset – Soccer Tshirt today, we have to wear them at school, because everyone should see that we have a game. It’s like, everytime a team has a game, they wear stuff of theit team. Is it a home game, they werde their jerseys, is it an away game they have to dress up or wear the team – Tshirt. 🙂

On Friday we will have another „Fire“ and the at the weekend I will go to the track with my brother and do some runs and doing other things like studying 😦 Next weekend is going to be great, a friend of my hostmum has tickets for the Penn-State game ( Penn State is a College in Pennsylvania, so it’s College Football). That is all for the moment.

Happy Labor Day

Sooo heute war Labor Day, das ist sowas wie ein beweglicher Feiertag. Wir waren shoppen in greensburgh, weil da die größten Sport shops sind.

Als erstes waren wir beim größten Dicks hier in der Nähe, das ist sowas wie Intersport oder sowas, man bekommt da sehr viel. Ich hab mir da erstmal neue Fussballschuhe geholt, Nike Hypervenom in Orange. Dann sind wir zum 2. Dicks gefahren, weil man hier Schienbeinschoner braucht, wo die eigene größe draufsteht, richtig unnötig aber naja. Dann waren wir in der Mall, dort hab ich dann so einen Nike sportsbag, den benutzt man hier in der Schule und zum Sport. Normal kosten die 25$, ich hab 13 bezahlt 😀 Dann gabs Nike Socken, diese Langen, eigentlich kosten 4 paare 22$, ich hab für 6 paare 12$ bezahlt haha 😀 Dann waren wir bei Hollister, American Eagle und Old Navy. Die Sachen sind mega gut, aber da hab ich nicht gekauft, weil wir am 15. November ( ja ich weiss es sind noch 2 Monate) gehen wir nach Washington D.C zu meiner Tante und dann gehen wir zum Premium Outlet, das ist eines der größten. Danach waren wir im Pittsburgh Steelers & Pirates Shop ( Baseball und Football Mannschaft), wo ich für 5$ ein T-shirt der Pittsburgh Steelers für 5$, ein Hoodie für 40$ statt 90$ bekam und für hammerharte 12$ (!!) ein Nike – Trikot von den Pittsburgh Steelers bekommen hab, das kostet in Deutschlang 120€. Ja ich liebe es hier 😀

Dann waren wir im BESTEN Steak House das es gibt ❤ Ich hab den Namen vergessen, aber es war soooo geil 😀

Ich hatte das Chicken Parmesan Crust with Mac&Chesse and Baked Potato. Es war sooo gut !! Mac & Cheese ist eines meiner Lieblingsessen geworden 🙂

Dann waren wir zuhause, ich hab das ganze Wochenende und heute gelernt, dazwischen war ich Fußball spielen und in Greensburgh. Ein sehr gutes Wochenende geht zuende, Morgen ist Schule 😀

In 17 Tagen hat mein Bruder Geburtstag, wir werden warscheinlich in einen Wasserpark gehe. entweder in einen in Pittsburgh oder in Ohio in der Nähe von Cleveland 🙂

First day of school :)

Alsoooooooo, es ist Samstag Abend und ich hatte Donnerstag den ersten schultag. Ich hab in jedem Schulfach meine Bücher bekommen. Ich komme in allen Fächern gut klar und ich mach meine Hausaufgaben soweit es geht in Study Hall. Ich bin ein bisschen verloren in Forensic Science und Englisch ist soooo viel zu lernen, ich schreib in beiden fächern einen Test am Dienstag. Nachdem ich ein sandwich als Lunch hatte, hatte ich noch  Stunden unterricht und danach Soccer Practice. Es war gut, anders als in Deutschland aber gut. Ich bekomm am Dienstag meine „uniform“. Also ein Trikot, 2 Hosen, Stutzen, ne Tasche und ein T-shirt. Ich habe am Dienstag auch mein erstes Spiel gegen Forest Hills. Ich spiel entwede im JV Team ( 2. Mannschaft) oder Varsity (1. Mannschaft). Ich werde später aufjedenfall in der 1. spielen, nur beim 1. Spiel muss er schauen wieviele er zur verfügung hat, Unsere Trikots sind Weiß und da steht drauf, “ Somerset Golden Eagles“. An jedem Heimspiel, muss man egal ob soccer, football oder basketball, sein trikot in der Schule anziehen. 🙂 Ich bin dann um 17:30 Uhr zuhause.

Gestern war ich um 17 Uhr zuhause, dann gabs Pizza von Pizza Hut und dann war wir beim Football game unserer Schule ! 🙂

Dort hab ich viele Leute aus der Schule getroffen und es war mega gut. wir haben 24 : 6 gewonnen, glaub ich 😀

Ich habe mir da erstmal nen Pulli von meiner Schule geholt. Er ist in den arben der Schule. Der Hoodie ist Schwarz und dort setht in Orange und Gold “ Somerset Golden Eagles“ drauf, ich liiiiiebe es ! Danach waren wir bei ner Freundin von meiner Gastschwester und mir im Garten. Dort gabs dann ein Lagerfeuer, S’mores ( Cracker mit Schokolade und Marshmallows), Pizza, Soda und Burger. Ich liebe s hier, aber ich werde definitiv Fett, aber das ist mir so egal haha 😀

Um 11 waren wir zuhause und dann gings ins Bett. Heute gabs erstmal wieder Pancakes zum frühstück ( normalerweise ess ich Cereals mit Obst). Dann gibgs nach Berlin, ja es gibt hier eine stadt die Berlin heißt und da gabs ein Warehouse. Es ist ein bisschen wie ein Outlet store, aber es ist noch billiger und die hatten mehr als eine Marke. Sie hatten Abercrombie, Under Armour, DC, American Eagle, Hollister, Aeropostale, und noch etwas mehr. Ich hab mir dann erstmal ein Sweatshirt von Abercrombie, 4 T-shirts von American Eagle, 2 Shorts von under Armour und eine shorts von Aeropostale geholt. Ich hab 120$ bezahlt, also so 95€. In deutschland kostet der Abercrombie Pulli alleine 98€ haha 😀

Danach war ich mit meinem Bruder joggen 🙂 Dann hatte eine Verwandte geburtstag und es kamen so 10 Leute und es gab Abendessen. Es gab Hot Dogs, burger und OH MEIN GOTT, Reese’s Ice cream cake !! OOOOh gosh, Ich Liebe es !

Morgen muss ich für Tests lernen, und dann geh ich fussball spielen mit meinem Gastbruder und danach kommen 50 Leute zu dem Haus der Oma und wir haben Family Picknick ohhh ja das wird gut.

Am Montag gehen wir nach Greensburg, das ist so ne stunde entfernt und wir werden in nen riesen Sportladen gehen und neue Schienbeinschoner und Fussballschuhe holen, meine fussballschuhe sind kaputt gegangen und auf den schienbeinschohnern muss son komischer stempel sein,jetzt muss ich neue holen,aber naja 😀

Sonst ist alles mega gut hier. Und ja wir werden in de Urlaub faahren aaaah !! zuerst über Halloween zur Tante nach Washington D.C, dann nach Atlantic City für ein Wochenende und danach nach.. DISNEYLAND !!! FLORIDA WOOOOOOOH ❤

Ach ja, ich hab Mairi getroffen ( exchange student aus Hamburg) beim Football spiel, sie wollte Deutsch reden, und mir sind die wörter einfach nicht eingefallen.. 😀 Mein englisch ist in der kurzen zeit echt gut geworden und es wird noch besser !! hier noch ein paar fotos 🙂
